Hi, I’m Angela!

Angela Pham, OTD, OTR/L smiling next to a tree with cherry blossoms during spring on a sunny day.

I’m a licensed occupational therapist in California, dedicated to helping individuals enhance their daily lives. My expertise includes functional cognition, executive functioning, sensory processing, habit and routine management, activity adaptation, environmental modifications, chronic condition management, and community reintegration. I work with teens and adults using a strengths-based approach, helping them navigate personal challenges and build sustainable life skills for independence and fulfillment.

My approach focuses on how you spend your time and how satisfied you are with your daily activities. I help improve thinking patterns, develop problem-solving strategies, establish effective habits, and create structured routines. By taking a holistic approach—assessing your unique strengths, the demands of your tasks, and evaluating the built environment—we’ll break down tasks into attainable actions, build habits, and teach the appropriate skills and strategies to support your goals and independence. Life is short, and change can start now—learning the right tools can make all the difference.

A little about me:

  • As a second-generation Asian American, I understand the challenges of balancing cultural expectations with personal growth.

  • As a first-generation college graduate, I’m proud to have earned my bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate in occupational therapy.

  • Growing up, I loved being a sounding board for my friends, which naturally led me to a career in occupational therapy.

  • Therapists are human too! Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new culinary experiences, playing video games and pickleball, going to concerts, and hosting musical jam sessions with friends.
